Re: WANTED 26 FOOT UNDER 9 Foot
I don't think so.
1959 to 63 they had a few 29 to 31 footers that were 9 and under.
1963 Express (31 foot x "8-6" (really 9) ) - http://1drv.ms/1hFkF8I
1959 Family Cruiser (28 foot x 8-6) - http://1drv.ms/1nADiLD
Here is a 1960 Family Cruiser (28 foot x 8-6) that would fit what your looking for.

Re: WANTED 26 FOOT UNDER 9 Foot
I have no issues pulling the 28 or the 31 because the beam is narrow. Many campers are this big or bigger.
I pulled a 10 foot beam 31 recently and while it trailered great, that extra foot in beam kept me hugging the shoulder a lot. Even then I was still able to hit cruising speeds on the interstate that did not cause me to be a traffic obstacle.
My wife and I recovered the 31 onto the trailer from the TN river in Scottsboro without any issues. Was as easy as getting a bass boat out of the water.
So don't let 2 or even 6 more feet of living space keep you from looking at one of these size Big

Re: WANTED 26 FOOT UNDER 9 Foot
Just a friendly reminder to those that wish to trailer their big M's
1. 8ft 6 " Max unpermitted width on Federal Highways and most State Highways. (County rds etc. fall under Home Rule)
2. 13ft 6 Max height. This is a big one since over height permits are tough to get. If it has removable parts to lower height they will not issue.
3. Most states now require Brakes on ALL axles with break away unit.
Getting stopped an ticketed and load impoundment is expensive!
If your rig is involved in an accident and is not in compliance the your liability.
Now it is not a huge deal to get the proper permits it is just something to be aware of.
I got pulled over many years ago at a toll both. They thought my rig (a sailboat) was over width. It turned out it was 8ft 7 inches to the outside flair of the fenders. They decided that was close enough and I was on my way.
Lots of folks sneak wide loads a couple times a year to the local launch or marina. I know in my area I do not think the local police pay much attention to it in spring and fall. Now out on the interstate.... a different matter.
Safe Trailering!
