I recently purchased an 86 32' fly bridge sedan with the 318 Chrysler engines. When looking thru the owners manual I noticed the it recomemded unleaded fuel. You can hardly find unleaded fuel anymore. Do you guys (and gals) use unleaded fuel or add leading additive?

Engine Room Panel
I have a 1986 32' flybridge. I am new to the boat. I am looking for the 12V accessory breakers. The users manual states "wired to battery side of mand battery switch - located engine room panel". I looked in the engine room and don't see any panel. Have I mis-read this? Where is it located...

Thanks.javalin390 wrote:Chrysler part # is 2847527, NAPA # is SME185710. Not sure where they are located on the 80's models. I do know that on the 70's models, they were wired thru the oil pressure switch, so if the oil switch went bad, the reg will not turn on.

Re: Understanding the CAPAC
I have a Marinette 32 Fly Bridge Sedan 1986. The previous owner showed me the galvanic reading of about .9 in salt water. I now have the boat in fresh water and when not connected to shore power I still show .9, but when I connect to shore power it drops to .7. This is second marina I ave been in on...

Voltage Regulator
I have a 1986 Marinette 32 with the twin Chrysler 318 engines. One engine (alternator) is not charging. I had the alternator checked and it was okay. so I'm thinking it is the regulator. What type of regulator would it be? (part #, model) and where would it be located?

Re: New member with questions, Sedan 32
I recently bought a 1986 Marinette 32 Sedan Flybridge and I have a few questions. I hope some of you can help. First, I noticed a fairly strong gassy odor in the interior of the boat. I don't see any obvious leaks and wonder if I just need to clean the engine compartment. If so, can anyone recomend ...
