Re: Stumped - Fuel Delivery Issue
Todd, you didn't say what kind of fuel water separator you have , but if gasket is loose or missing it will suck air instead of fuel.

Re: Reinstalling heads/exhaust
I find it helpful to get the studs to hold the manifold and gaskets in clace. I also use a long bolt with the head cut off to hold the exhaust hose in place to get the bolts started. Go back and re torque when it has been run.

Re: Shaft Stuffing Box hose size and source.
Can someone clarify stuffing box hose size & length for 1" shaft. Is it 1 1/2" ID or 1 7/8 " ID and 4" or 5" long?
Thanks, Wayne

Ask for Jill. Tell her you want Bluff view dock.
It has a security gate and is a floating dock.
Good restaurants near by.

Re: Fuel System Restoration: Tanks to Carbs...
Jeff reminded me one time to check the "check valves" in the fuel lines from tank. They can get stopped up.

Re: Fuel System Restoration: Tanks to Carbs...
I put a fuel pressure gauge in line before carb, that way I can tell if it is a fuel delivery problem or carb problem.
