Ok then, if there isn’t head damage I can replace gasket. If I do that I will get heads and valves gone thru. Is that advisable on an engine with that kind of wear. Close to 2,000 hrs.
Can you speak to that?

If you luck out, there won't be head OR block damage. If you luck out, have the heads reconditioned and put her back together.
