Good looking boat too. Someone checked nearly all the options on it.

Re: Interior cabin space
If one of those B models comes to market it may have to be my next project. I've seen some pictures and it looks like it would make a nice cruising boat for the Admiral and me. Or maybe I modify a regular 32--a big job to be sure, but those usually start with me thinking "how hard can it be?&qu...

Re: An interesting modification
Maybe to mount that electric trolling motor you see in the cockpit. For auxiliary power or a stern thruster.

Re: New hole needed
If you use bronze remember to isolate it from the hull. When they installed the upgraded seacocks on my 28, they used plastic bushings on both sides. However, some people use marelon so they don't have to fuss with all that. Nothing like youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9h__bObMcw She has s...

Re: Anchors
That combination should more than do it. For size, have a look at the manufacturer's recommendations. Here is a link to Fortress: https://fortressanchors.com/selection-guide/fortress/ Then scour e-bay and Craigslist. I bought a Fortress for $50 a few years ago from a Craigslist ad and it just happen...

Re: any hull line drawings?
Cool. Thank you. It almost looks like a jet drive.
The boat looks like a 28 to me, but in the early days Marinette made some 31s.

Re: any hull line drawings?
If John Althouse is back in business (anyone know?) he may have them.
However, you can't drop a comment about that early outdrive and not have us clamor for pictures!

Re: looking for trailer/info for 1970 28'
Once upon a time, I borrowed a trailer from an experienced boater at our marina. He was a former long haul trucker and showed me how to figure out if we were over height without measuring: We parked next to a tractor trailer and discovered the boat had at least a foot less air draft than the trailer...

Re: Interesting find...
I looked at a few of them, but because they went of business in the early 1970s the pickings were slim. They are very cool though. I looked at a 28 after but it was rough and the owner had outsize expectations of its worth. Later that day, I looked at a CC Roamer Dispatcher 30 and although I loved t...

Re: Wow, another potential project
Not likely. Some 37s were made with Volvo diesels, but I never saw or heard about a 32 coming from the factor with anything but gas engines. I"ve been a Marinette fan since I was a teenager--which was (cough, gasp, wheeze) a long time ago so I followed the models till the mid-1980s when we star...
