Flushing toilet paper

Our 32 Sedan FB head has a ball valve in the bottom of the bowl that is actuated by a lever on the side. Is it OK to flush small amounts of toilet paper down the head?
We use the tissue made for campers. Real thin & breakup when it hits the water.
