What year is my our Marinette?

Hi everyone! I am looking to find what year our Marinette is. The serial number is 3244882. Thank you.

That number is not a valid H.I.N. number which were required on all watercraft made after november 1972
A H.I.N. number is 12 characters/numbers begining with a M.I.C code and ending in year of manufacture. I would have to check mine but I believe the M.I.C.for Aluminum Cruises was ALC xxxxxxxxx
So your M would be pre 1971 or you found a didderent number. If the boat was ever documented it would be assigned a federal document number.

I am attempting to post a pic but keeps kicking back saying the file is too large. The file size is only 136KB?

The tag was inside the closet door. Aluminum Cruiser Inc Standiford Field, Louisville KY 40213
Serial No. 3244882. Am I looking at the correct tag?
We are honestly strongly considering selling this boat unfortunately. This was my grandparent's boat and both had passed on last year. My father and I have been going back and forth whether or not we should keep it or sell it to someone that would be able to enjoy the boat. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I believe the size limit here is 25KB. You can also use shrinkpic.com and then post the pic here. Look for a number stamped into the top right of the transom. Last two digits are the year.

Look on the Starboard side transum aluminum rub rail. You should see some letters and numbers stamped into the aluminum rub rail.
If you can take a picture
or just tell us what you find.
