I have the Isotherm on a sailboat that I also own. It draws little power, is quiet, and works very well. It is expensive and came on the boat.

The 32 M FB we bought a short while ago, had a dorm fridge in it. No tv. Instead of buying the 12v fridge and 12v tv, I bought an 1100 w inverter off of Amazon for under $100, and hooked it all in. It is not a sine wave inverter. I just ran it the past couple of days and both the tv and frig worked just fine. Voltage was not measured, but the 3 batteries did fine holding the power. When travelling, I plan on taking the Honda 2000 in case we need it, and I wired the inverter into the generator's circuit after disconnecting that. So I can be done very cheaply if you want to go that route.
I wish I could remove the monstrous Onan generator easily.
