SOLD: 1988 Marquis 37' sundeck version in Florida

Hello fellow Marinetters,
THIS BOAT IS NO LONGER FOR SALE
I have a 1988 37' Marquis for sale in Port St Lucie FL, the sundeck w/aft queen model. Full size V-berth (approx).
Owned it 6 years, replaced exhaust manifolds, risers, elbows, & hoses both engines. Recent rebuild on carbs.
Engines are the original Crusader 350's (454 cid) in good shape. Also replaced water heater, added freezers under the V-berth, inside it needs a galley floor (parquet came up but remains with the boat), & carpeting in both staterooms.
Had bottom bead blasted to aluminum the painted with Petit chromate, epoxy, & anti-fouling paint by Huckins Yacht in Jacksonville 3 or 4 years ago.
Capac still works, has a Garmin chartplotter that can be moved between flybridge or saloon helm.
This is a great small liveaboard boat. Asking $35k, will consider any offer.
