Just saw on boats.com the 44 footer is up for sale. Listing says she has 3 staterooms. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3208s ! Big bucks

I have always been interested in this boat after seeing it at Green Turtle Bay. It's a very nice boat but 169k might be a little steep.

It has a contract on it. Owner is purchasing a houseboat. I tried to go see it but was told contract pending they would call me.

That's not surprising. For a solid 44' boat with 3208s, the asking price was within reason. I wonder if the Admiral and I could handle something that big. Painting the bottom on a 28 isn't too bad, but a 44 might take me a few days! Maybe a 32 B layout or a 37 sedan is in our future. (That 34 looks cool but it seems very few were made.)
