I am going to remove my onan genset from my boat and it will be for sale. I think it is a MCCK 6.5. It was winterized before I bought the boat but I have not run it yet. PO said it works but I checked the impeller and removed it as it was bad before trying to start it.I have ordered a new impeller and will install it to run the genny before I take it out. If anyone would be interested let me know!

Started genset tonite and ran for a few minutes. Generator worked and ran 110 to 120volts. Will be removing this from boat soon. Just wanted to see if it would start and operate correctly before taking it out. Seemed to run ok but I assume it would need some fine tuning to get it to run right. It had not been used for several years. Taking it out because it is heavy and I think it will let my 28' single engine get up on plane better if I lighten the load in the stern!

Where are you located and what kind of price? I might know someone.

near cincinnati and the price is $750 picked up. Would include the muffler system.

Just posted this genset on facebook at $350 picked up instead of the 750. Thought someone might be able to get some use out of it before I scrap it.
