Carl - you are a great project documenter. In the footsteps of Jeff Perry who took pains to record his observations on his own web site (available until it was hacked). The users of this site will be grateful to your reports for years.
Here's another window/door parts source - I have never brought them a part they couldn't match, thorough pros. Blaine with a HQ's operation in Silver Spring MD and a 2nd location in Hagerstown MD (which may be the same company or a different branch of the family, I forget). One web address is blainewindow.com

My sliding door is getting hard to cycle. 
Is it possible to lube the original rollers with out lots of disassembly??
