Started the disassembly last night. Just bagged and tagged the door hardware.

Any idea how to get the trim from the bottom of the walls out without removing the walls?

2 hours in..

I had my side walls out and was thinking the same thing. When you get it shoot a photo please.

It almost looks welded. May modify that side wall because a) its mushy and the vinyl is just holding a sponge b) it looks deep enough to hold my fenders & c) I need to figure something out with ventilation below deck because the salt crust and condensation down there is CRAZY - IDK - I'll keep you posted.

Got the new deck rough cut today, going epoxy the bottom side in the AM and rip the old deck out while I'm waiting for it to cure

Pics so far - Shout out to the guys at Shell Lumber in South Miami (http://shelllumber.com/) - Its very hard to get good service here in Latin America but these guys were awesome. Cut my deck puzzle for $25. Much straighter and faster than I would have been.
