1987 32 Sedan Bridge for sale...

Post by coastie1160870 »

I am just putting this out for consideration, due to my becoming a double amputee this past June, 2020..
I have a 1987, 32 foot Sedan with F/B. I have found it hard to get around on board with fake legs and no balance, so I'm thinking of selling...
Yes, it needs some TLC..! Maybe a set of alternators, but they are working now. A new aft deck in the very near future, and maybe a set of batteries.
I have a new Garmin GPS / Chart Plotter - Depth Sounder for the lower helm, and a New, Raymarine Dragon Fly, GPS / Chart Plotter - Depth Sounder for the bridge. It has a Bimini Top for the bridge, a new head pump, and several recent up-grades.
It's coming out of the water for winterization this week ( 10/28/20 ), and going on my yard/storage trailer. I may consider selling the trailer also..
I'm thinking of asking 18K for the boat, 20K with the trailer..
Am I off my rocker, or does this seem like a good starting point..?

Boat looks nice with that red and off white. Assuming the hull is not full of corrosion blisters and the interior has been maintained, engines run etc then 18k is very fair. Might want to start a bit higher and work down?? Always expect a potential owner to offer less.
