Posted this on FB but didn't make much headway. Bough my M in the fall original paint is really really nice. I'd like to give her a nice coat of fresh Wax before putting her in the water. Do I use a boat wax designed for fiberglass or something more like automotive paint since it's more for painted surfaces.
What's everyone use?

You are quite fortunate to have the paint in good condition since many Marinette paint jobs began to chalk severely in short order. Whatever the original owner(s) of your boat did, do the same because it seems to have worked exceptionally well. Meanwhile, some of the polymer polish products seem to hold up well to the weather. You might want to try a couple of different products on different areas and compare results. good luck with your upcoming boating season

Wax has come a long way since the 80's.........
Wash boat with Dawn dish washing liquid. That takes all oils, etc off.
Zaino Clear Seal

Then use Zaino Z-8 for every other wash maintenance. http://www.zainostore.com/product/Z-8.html
This stuff wipes on and you're done. I use it on my cars and will be using it on my boat next wash.
Use Fluid Film on your non-skid decks. This is the same stuff as Woody's wax..at a much lower price....use Woody's Wax directions....wet deck, spray a little on your deck brush and wipe in. I just leave it on my deck, I don't wipe off like it says, works for me.
