Prestolite Starter Brush Assembly

Post by ericinga »

I found a supplier for the starter brush assembly for the original prestolite starters. The port starter on our 32 is part number MDT-7022.

The website is http://www.crankncharge.com. The brush assembly part number is SHPL-6505_cnc-2.

Our 88 still has the original starters on the motors. They crank a little slow but still work. I plan to rebuild them next week with the new brush assemblies.
