Has anybody replaced their tachometers with good results. Mine are not close to reading correctly. Thanks!

I've had good luck with Faria products, and they stand by what they sell.

The original tachs can be adjusted with a tiny screw driver. I had to used an external tach that only went to 2000 rpm to set them up.

Something you could consider. A bit pricey but well worth the expenditure. Install a Floscan system. You'll get tach readings in one display (freeing up one of the tach holes for ???) Plus fuel usage info. I installed one for lower helm years ago. The only "drawback" is that there's no tie in for an upper station.
