Yes, My 32' 86' FB, of which I just removed the Genset, had the exhaust going out the 3rd hole in the stern. And the factory AC on mine was under the dinette seat, left rear corner, facing the table and windows, when the seats are removed. There is a drawer in front of it If you want pictures, I could try and post, if I could figure it out. I don't seem to be able to post new topics on this site, yet post pictures.
Capn Gary,

I'm trying the pictures here. Hope it works.
The first pic is the placement of the vent on the counter between the couch and stove.

Thanks for the pictures. I like how they installed that as it keeps that one area for storage. Also the way the vents are routed, it probably forces more air to the salon. Thanks it gives me something to think about

Our 1989 32 Sedan has A/C (We actually just replaced the original 17k btu unit with a 16k btu Webasto unit). As described by others, the unit is located under the dinette seat closest to the stern. The pump is in the bilge almost parallel with the main unit. Our boat, as with yours, only has single 30amp service. We do not have a generator. We do have a 2000 watt Magnum inverter system that feeds a house bank of (4) 6V golf cart batteries. We have never had issues with the single 30amp service being inadequate. As someone else said, we do watch not running too many things at once (ie. while running A/C and Hot water tank we do not use stove).

That is good to hear as well. Where do you store your golf cart batteries for the inverter? In the engine room i would assume. I was thinking it would be crowded for all those batteries.

sorry for the slow reply....I have been very busy the past couple of weeks. We have our (4) 6V batteries lined up in the engine compartment forward all the way against the fire wall. They fit there nicely.
