Weird issue. My starboard engine will not start from the flybridge. The gauges turn on up there when I turn the key on but the engine wont turn over. We were out the other day and ran the engines for close to an hour or more. It was raining pretty heavy during that time period. Just for laughs I turned the key and it worked. Yesterday at the boat I turned the key and it didn't work again.
So I am not sure if the rain or the warm engine did the trick. I do notice that the ignition coil terminals are pretty rusted.

Re: Flybridge Ignition
Mine did the same thing, I sprayed electronic cleaner in the switch. Its working fine now. Let the cleaner dry before starting it is very flammable.
If that doesn't work you need to replace the switch.

Re: Flybridge Ignition
Bob,
I did more testing today. I was able to swap wiring harnesses between the port and starboard ignition switches. On the port side the engine started without issues. A new ignition is on the way.
