28' sedan early 80's head manufacturer

Does any one know what brand of head they used in the 80's restrooms? It looks like someone broke the top out of the holding tank under the bowl then did a cobbled up job of repairing it. So I want to replace the tank and get some rebuild parts for the flushing system. The bottom of the bowl has a stamping in the porcelain but I can only make out the last part of it "Fields".

It is a Mansfield Traveler. Mansfield is now Sealand. Too bad you are in Ohio, I have one that I would sell.
