I finally pulled my front windows out to reseal them, found the leaks, and cracked one
Has anyone else had to reseal these windows? What did you use?

Get the glass and info from a good glass shop. Silicone caulk is good, but you can't paint it.--Ed

A local glass shop was able to make me a new piece of glass. The frame, however, was another issue. The original frame was in rough shape and the anodized finnish was salt damaged with a poor, flaking paint job. I looked all over for replacement material with no luck.

I decided to sandblast all the frames, etch, epoxy prime and finally paint with a white acrylic urethane. This should hold up well. The glass will be set in the frames with clear silicon, then the whole assembly set back in the cabin front with 4200. We will see how it turns out this weekend.

Curious to see how your window project turned out. Can you post some pictures?
