any hull line drawings?

I wish to make a half hull of my mother's 1963 Marinette Express. I found a drawing of a top down view of the deck and interior plan, but no hull line drawings. I have attached a picture of her boat. There is a round window behind the life ring BTW. This particular boat was fitted with an early inboard-outboard arrangement. The prop could be serviced by turning a worm drive ring gear to rotate the entire outdrive upside down.

If John Althouse is back in business (anyone know?) he may have them.

However, you can't drop a comment about that early outdrive and not have us clamor for pictures!

Here is all I have on the out-drive. It was a special order. I don't know if this boat was a 28' or a 32', but I suspect it was a 28'. Can anyone make an informed guess? She operated out of Sugar Tree Marina on the Tennessee River in the mid to late 1970's. That marina is at the crossing of I-40 and the TN River.

back in 2018 MetalHead said it might be an early Eaton out drive.

Cool. Thank you. It almost looks like a jet drive.

The boat looks like a 28 to me, but in the early days Marinette made some 31s.

Besides being able to service the prop easily, it also made low speed maneuvering with a single screw one heck of a lot easier. Because the drive was gimbled, it could be manually tilted to fore-aft trim the boat, meaning there was no need for trim tabs. I still prefer maneuvering with twin screws, and independent trim tabs offer both fore-aft, and port-starboard trim, but this worked pretty well. I think dad said it was a 28, but it was a long time ago, and I just wasn't sure.
