Cleaning tips and tricks

Orpine
This seems to be the best soap per boating forums. Very concentrated and goes a long way. I've used it for the last couple of seasons and it does a good job. Dissolves spider poo if you apply and let sit for a couple of minutes.

Star Brite Instant Black Streak RemoverThis stuff is like gold! It dissolves spider poo and makes your nonskid very clean and white. Spray on, let sit for a few minutes, then scrub or spray off. Lots of people use this on other boating forums. A little goes a long way. Does not remove wax :D Do not let it sit long on your top side paint......it will streak. I only use it on nonskid myself. You can use on topside, but don't let it sit over 30 seconds.

Fluid Film
This is the same thing as Woody's Wax at 1/3 the cost. Other boat forums agree it's the same as Woody's. Read the Woody wax link below and the same goes for this Fluid Film. Great nonskid wax! Wash boat, spray a little on your deck brush and apply to nonskid. Also makes topside shine! Spray a little on and rub in, that's it! Spider poo will not stick to it. I apply every third wash.

Slimy Grimy
Waterline cleaner. Spray on, let sit a few minutes, spray off. Great stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Slimy-Grimy-Granular-lb-Vessel/dp/B0000AXNLW/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=slimy+grimy&qid=1554491112&s=gateway&sr=8-3#customerReviews

OxyClean
Use on vinyl seats that has mold set in. I haven't tried this yet. Just read it on another forum.

Murphy's Oil Soap: I use it to wash the exterior of my Marinette, it too dissolves spider and bird droppings rather quickly.

Barkeeper's Friend: I use this to clean all of my teak, it has the same acid ingredient you would find in a "Teak Cleaner" It does a great job cleaning teak.
