Thanks for this link. I live only a few minutes away from there. I will see about getting some samples to review.

The light weight version may also be good for interior panels.

Cut new 5/8" plywood using old wood or 1/4" luan as a pattern. Take the pieces to a Rhinoliner and coat them overlapping edges by six or eight inches. This is a lifetime fix.
