hardtop off express

Post by RustyBoat »

I have the hardtop off my express hull that im selling. Does anyone know what is a good selling price? Its in good shape and has the spot light on top. The wood panels underneath need to be replaced along with the light fixture but other than that all it needs is a good pressure wash. My uncle I bought the boats from wants it for his houseboat but I wanna make sure I still get "market value" for it.

It's worth whatever somebody will pay you for it. Or what you can scrap it for. Why did you remove it? Are you scrapping your boat?

well im trying to find a buyer for the empty hull. Scrapping is a last resort which I havent started yet. I was just checking if anyone has bought or sold the hardtop by itself. I have a lot of parts to part out if I do decide to scrap it but I would rather sell it to someone who will make something of it.

Yeah I still have it. I have the Hull with all the exterior still intact. I have the hardtop removed. I have the door, stairs, two seats, mufflers.

It is about 30 minutes north of atlanta

Looking for the port side air intake panel for 73 32ft express. Does your 72 have it if you are scrapping it out? Thanks, Wayne

The boat is actually a 1964. i dont believe it would have the same intake. Also I still haven't been able to make the scrap decision yet.
