37’ Sedan Fly Bridge For Sale

Post by Habano02 »

If you're in the market for a cruiser, you've found the perfect vessel. For sale is this 37' 1977 Marinette Sedan Fly Bridge. Here are some of the features:

Twin Chrysler 360's with 330 hp each and electronic ignition
Onan 6,500 watt generator with electric start
Sleeps 6+
spacious twin v-berth stateroom with flat screen TV and built-in cabinets
Galley kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker
Kitchen table seats 4 and folds to a bed
Flybridge with abundant seating
Full steering and throttle controls on two levels (upgraded hydraulic steering)
Front and rear marine heating and air
Flybridge has aluminum radar arch upgrade and full canvas enclosure (not pictured)
Aluminum canopy upgrade at rear of boat
Spacious salon with flat screen tv and full-sized pull-out sofa bed
Bathroom with electric head (toilet), full-sized sink and small shower
On board fresh water tank, waste tank and twin gas tanks
upper AND lower stereo systems
Radar and Garmin 700 GPS Navigation
Much more and super clean.

We have owned the boat for over 4 years. In that time we have enjoyed many many great times with friends and family. We always get compliments when we are out in it. The boat is currently docked at Edgar Evins Marina in Tennessee. I was told I was the 3rd owner of the boat, which explains it's great condition for its age. Could use a coat of exterior paint, but it is not essential since this boat is constructed of Aluminum. For the cost, it's a great way to explore your local waterway without spending $100,000+ on a more expensive boat. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have, and additional photos are available upon request, along with a marine survey we had done when we purchased.

ASKING $31,000
