Ray4713, I have a belt driven like you. When I run my tank out of water...which is often, I always get trapped air in the lines. The pump will run with no water output until you purge the air out. My setup has a purge hose with valve next to the pump that works well. Sometimes I can purge using the ...

Simple butane camp stove and a coffee press. Pregrind my own coffee before I leave the house. Doesn't get much better.... and the generator won't ruin your morning ambiance
