What size Props did you settle on ? So I can beat you next time. lol. Any idea how many 41"s' were built ? And i heard there was a 50' built under contract for the Corp of Engineers ?

Bare clean Aluminum and mount with Stainless Steel 1/4 x 20 bolts that will not rust/ corrode away.

If that is true, then you are taking the AC Ground to Hull as well. Should be isolated.

I recommend always using Set Screws with Cutless Bearings. I have seen them spin up the shaft. (or down depending on engine rotation.)

Leave the Battery Bus Switch off or turn off all breakers/switches that aren't needed. Or how much wiring can be taken out of the entire Circuit of the boat. You probably want to leave your Bilge pump on since your in the water. Some boaters have been known to paint the bottom different colors each ...

NONE of your Ground wiring should be tied(bonded) to the Hull ! White wiring in your DC circuits are grounds (-12 volt) Red and Orange are +12 volt DC Mains. This has been true on my 86 and my current 91 model. Both of these boats have Ground wiring only to the Engines and are sometimes called "...

Anybody have any experience using Belzonia as a Bottom paint rather then TriLux. I've heard it requires little prep and is its own Barrier coat.
