Re: Fuel or Ignition Issues After Warm Up

Re: Chrysler 440 haul out HELP!!

I've rebuilt both my 502ci and also had to strip down to short blocks. We use 4x6 timber and with a Come Along, slide the blocks up the companionway steps. Lift off back deck with a Boom or Bucket Truck. Must have A Frame lift with rollers, covered floors and back deck with rubber mats and card boar...

Re: Rocker Switches

There are DPDT,SPST, Momentary, etc. The ones in question are red in one position and green in the other. (Anchor and Running Light Status) If they were LED I would not have this problem !

Re: Sleepless nights over my VHF Radio

If it lights up and your not in the PA mode, turn on WX mode, adjust squelch and volume. Any wire or coat hanger should work. Can you change channels ? Does it make any noise at all ? Did you Google Operation Manual or request from Uniden ?

Yeah, this one makes me nuts. Does the radio receive Wx radio transmission's ? Do you receive more than one Station, even with static ? Then it receives OK. Switch to Ch 16 and turn Volume to 50% and and adjust Squelch until you hear loud static. if all that happens then the receive side is working....

Re: What prop puller to purchase/ reccomendation for prop shop nearest to se ohio

blathers, suggest you contact www.tcproscan.com for a quote first and discuss. It can be pricey. There is a shop in Clarksville, In called Tuckers Landing Propeller that I used for my smaller Props. He only has molds or "forms" up to 18in. It's all done by hand but he always did the wheels...
