I just set on top of screen. Screen holds it in.

I put a piece of foam covered with sumbrella between hatch & screen. It insulates from heat & cold and I* don't get condensation

Carl, Marinette did not come w a wast line filter,but I can show you how to make a serviceable filter. I've made lots of them for the boats at our marina .

I feel your physical & $$ pain. I have been there. Sometimes I just want to have a new engine when all I need is a Carb or Dist. I would hate to spend the money only to find It was an ignition issue keeping it from going over 2000 rpms. There is a better head gasket out there, {Jeff will know} M...

Good advise by Carl. Also check for corrosion on fuse block. I use a wire tracer kit sometimes to trace wires. I have a heavy built wood "A" frame on casters that the po used on my 32 ft express. You are welcome to use it if it will fit in the salon. It's 44" wide 68" tall & 83" long.
