Re: This one is a beauty

In pictures 14 and 15 there are two hoses running in a V off the prop shaft, in front of the shaft seal and behind the coupler, what are they?

Re: bridge steering not responding

Look in the hold and determine whether you have cable or hydraulic. If you have cable trash it and convert to hydraulic, if you have hydraulic try filling and bleeding the system, a real b**ch. Converted mine a few months ago not all that hard just a lot of grunt work. Still getting the air out, aft...

Re: Fuel Filter inside our gas tanks

We have one 120 gallon tank with two pickups on either side and the gauge in the center. Thought I had a pickup problem as well, turned out to be one of the anti-siphon valves, changed both out, ran perfect. Try running the port engine off the starboard tank.

Re: Front berth portholes, Source for replacement window plastic

Trim Tabs

The fact there original to the boat makes me want to gut out everything, except the tabs themselves and replace with new. The pump runs but seems to drag and I'm sure the actu...

Re: Fuel prime

Don't know but can tell you mine have been on for several years. After the boat has sat for extended periods I squeeze the bulbs until I can see pressure on the gauges and it fires right off. One thing I will say is crank it over several times before priming to get oil to the top of the engines, avo...

Re: Fuel prime

Put a primer bulb between the tank and pump. It will also give your starter motors some relief.
