I have no issues pulling the 28 or the 31 because the beam is narrow. Many campers are this big or bigger. I pulled a 10 foot beam 31 recently and while it trailered great, that extra foot in beam kept me hugging the shoulder a lot. Even then I was still able to hit cruising speeds on the interstate...
