Bottom Painting is still allowed and the yard takes no precautions when they are doing bottom stripping etc. This yard has changed owners...

Maybe someone can provide some advise.. I am in the process of buying a Classic (glass...I know..LOL) Chris Craft Cutlass 1978. It has an OEM Chevy 305 inboard. Closed cooling is the way to go. MFG's used raw water cooling to keep costs lower and profits higher. My next repower will be closed cooling!
