Another way to ventilate behind the fridge is to mount a computer high volume 12v fan at the vent cutout. It'd take a bit of wire running but the draw is minimal. Years ago the hatch on our 32' started to leak. I went to Lowes and got a circular foam seal which I applied with aquarium silicone sealant. Has worked great since.
