This is why its important to have a signature.
I think you have a 1988 somekindofboat with twin 360's
Raw or Fresh Water Cooled (lake or ocean water running thru engine or self contained anti freeze like a car)
Do you have a good flow of water out the exhaust

Dave, I am assuming that you have a Carter AFB on your 318 :?: The primary are at the front of the carb under the choke plate and the accelerator pump squitter's are also under the choke plate. Bad Ground or Dying battery would be my guess. Although I have ran across a bad starter solenoid once, the contacts in the solenoid were fried
