31 footer per the specs and 9 foot beam (I say 8-6 cuz I will trailer my boat  ) . I have both of the 215's out at the moment doing rebuilds. Debated heavily at first about replacing them and even purchased a few 3.0 Volvo 4 bangers, but after learning about Rover and all the support (ie pa...

Re: Freind of a friend approval - good or bad?
I don't think that would be the best way. I joined first way before I owned an M. I used the forum as a way to learn if I wanted to buy a boat that was 52 years old..... Now I have 2
I could see having them send a short message explaining why they want to join and where they are located.

1963 Owners Manual. Sorry link deleted for copyright reasons by Marinetteman (Joe).
Go into the Owner's Manual folder.
I left out the engine part because it is for my Buicks. I will get it scanned and uploaded in a few days.

Re: 62 owners manual
Believe it or not, I have a 63 OM !! I have been meaning to scan it.
I'll get it uplaoded. Not a whole lot of stuff really , only 34 pages.
There is no wiring diagram for the cabin included. It is not missing, just not there.

Re: Exhaust odor and noise
It was less than $200.00 plus shipping. But they had to replace all the guts (Shaft was gauld real bad) and on my Buick motors it was the best option in my mind.
Straight rebuilds if all they have to replace are bearings and gaskets are very reasonable.
