Special thanks to all who offered advice on this issue. I purchased a new water pump and I've verified good flow on all the faucets and the head as well. I'm starting to recondition the water tank, I've added some bleach and cycle the tank a few times. It's not as if we're drinking out of it anytime...

...after further thought, maybe a full replace of the tank is better in the long run?

Answer, yes, I will likely keep it. But why not just replace the fill & vent lines?

Bill, thank you for taking the time to reply. I can hear the pump in the same spot you suggest (next to the stairs) on the Port side near where I filled the tank. But I can not open that cabinet/cupboard but I haven’t tried too hard. I will take a look again when I get back there
