fridge removal?
My Norcold is extremely noisey and does not work on the 12v setting. I have a friend from work that will go through it and see if it is worth fixing. I was over checking out how to remove the other day with just a crappy flashlight and could not see what holds this thing into the cabinet. As you see...

Re: Want to Buy 28' x 8.5' Express
2013 28 express? Did Aluminum get cheap enough to build these again :) Also, with a 28 express, single 318, there is no way you are pushing 27mph. Not unless you have a rocket attached to it, which sounds like a reasonable idea. I don't want to argue, and I don't know if anything has possibly been ...

Re: Want to Buy 28' x 8.5' Express
Here are my answers to your questions. I bought a 1978 28 express with a single 318 this spring and put about 75 hours on the meter in my first summer with it. - Will the 28' Express (single screw) maintain just about any displacement/semiplaning speed or do these boats have a distinct on plane/off ...

Re: Mid 60's chrylser fury 210 318 and velvet drive. complete or parts
Sold locally to a guy with 2 of these in his boat, he is glad to have it and I am glad to send it his way. I had thought it the same as my LM318....wrong. Now I am considering whether to buy exhaust manifolds for my good running 318 or just switch to a 350 or327.....

I am only asking 1000.00 for this, add a carb and spark plug wires and you are in business.

venture trailer
I thought I would let everyone know that I bought a Venture VATB8725 aluminum trailer for my 28 express single engine this fall. I previously had a Jerde bunk trailer but did not like the aluminum boat sitting on the steel bunks since I plan on trailering a couple hundred miles per year. Anyways the...

Re: One of a kind?
looks like a fisherman model to me, although I've never seen one that old. Check out leviathan's recent thread on his new 32', looks about the same.
