I've got a Good Windlass that I intend to replace. It's slow, noisy and doesn't pull up the last 10' of chain. I need one that will quickly and quietly do the job, all from the bridge. Any recommendations? Is there a better one that will pretty much drop in where the Good is?

I think I should change mine this year. Is there a gasket that goes between the pump housing and bearing housing? I want to make sure I have everything before beginning the process.

I intend to relocate the radio antenna, which will leave a hole. Are there flush white plugs available that would fill the hole.
